How do you put on a new serpentine belt and do you have to loosen the tensioner to get it on?

Hey DADDYOF1,
With your vehicle you have a spring loaded tensioner, the tensioner pulley should rotate down clockwise to release the tension on the belt.
I have attached the instructions for this procedure with a diagram.
