How do you program chip key after flashing the ECU?

I lost my only key and had a locksmith make a door key, gave me a new blank chip key and successfully flash the ECU. What is my next step to program the new key so it will start?

The key will need to be programmed by the dealer, here are the instructions on how to change the key out and how the dealer reprograms it to the car. Check out the images (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
