How do I replace rear passenger small door window

I broke the small window on the rear drivers side passenger window. I want to go to the junk yard and get the window out of a car. How do I remove the unbroken small window?

if you are talking about the small quarter window that has to be taken out with a specialized tool and best to get another one. Urethane has to be used to glue new one in. just scrape the old glass out and clean off all urethane see instructions for install. if it is door window get back to me. note: instructions will show a windshield but same procedure.
