How do I remove the middle seat belt?

The middle seatbelt will not latch. I want to replace the middle buckle. What is the best way to access the bolt to remove?

You will need to remove the rear panels behind the seats, you need to replace the retractions part correct? Here are instructions images to help see what you need to do to change out the seat belts. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response of nay problems so I can see.
