How do i put park brake to neutral

2019 BMW 216i Gran Tourer 1.5L 3cylinder Turbo (B38)

ECU is dead. Engine unable to crank up. I want to put the car in neutral mode so I can push the car out of my dyno.

Here are the official instructions: Raise vehicle.
Remove rear underbody protection.
Insert special tool 2 355 850(3) into the lever (1) and pull.
Insert special tool 2 355 850(2) between the lever (1) and limit stop in order to unlock the transmission.
