engine will struggle to start when hot?

I have gotten my car looked at with three different opinions and only one error code has come back, however it was incorrect. When my engine is hot after a 15–20-minute drive my car will struggle to start and when it finally turns over there is no power to the engine whether i am in drive or reverse, the engine just revs. I've gotten 2 transmissions inspections both have come back clear and recently had my throttle body cleaned out however it is still having issues with a hot start. please help.
