Hose clamp replacement/swap part

I don't know how but i messed this hose clamp up. It's actually a very small clamp for a hose that coolant flows through. Is there anyway i can replace it with a worm clamp?

Absolutely. That's an OEM clamp. I always replace them with a standard worm clamp when removing a hose.
