Horn blows when sitting still

After I set the alarm the horn will start blowing after about thirty minutes to an hour and the lights will start flashing, like if I had press the panic button on the alarm pad. Can you help me figure out why its doing this?

try resetting the security system on it otherwise have a mechanic scan for codes to see if there is a problem within the security system like a module .
