Horn constantly blows

When I plug both sides of the horns up it constantly blows.

Good morning,

The most likely cause is the horn pad on the steering wheel. They wear out over time. There is a horn switch inside that sticks.

I attached a diagram for you of the system.

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove two steering wheel pad retaining screws.
3. Disconnect horn wire from steering wheel pad.
4. Remove steering shaft lock knob bolt positioning screws, then the lock knob bolt from steering shaft.
5. Remove steering wheel nut retainer and the steering wheel nut. Using a suitable puller, remove steering wheel.
6. Reverse procedure to install.
