Horn does not work

I attached a wiring diagram for you to view. The fuse is shown with the location.

I'm not sure how to read the diagram. I'm surevit would have been helpful but being a woman, not mechanically inclined. I'm clueless on how to read the diagram. Sorry. Thank for your help Roy, I greatly appreciate it.

My fuse box doesn't look like that. My truck is a 1990 chevy silverado 2500.
