Changed clock-spring but the screws have a plastic part is broken

If I am understanding what you are talking about, then I don't know of anyone who sells those separately. However, just to be sure, can you take a picture of the parts and where they go? The plastic nuts normally come already installed but we may be able to find an alternative and seeing it will help make sure I am on the same page.

The parts I need are the white plastics that go with the screws.

That is what I thought it was. I would suggest finding a steering wheel in a junk yard rather than purchasing a new one. Then you can just use that wheel if it is in good condition or try to swap them over. Unfortunately, I don't see any availability which is why Nissan had to sell you a steering wheel.

went to three different junkyards and all steering wheels have those broken. maybe will have to expand my search to USA. There are places with less heat than us in PR.

Unfortunately, I think you are correct because you clearly are not the only one with this issue. Good luck with your search. I am sure you will find one.
