Hood will not raise

Hello,

On the side that will not release have a helper push down on the hood while you are releasing it. This should take the tension off and allow it to open. Once open adjust the cable or lube the latch to the side that is not opening. I would lube both sides. If that doesn't work you will need to carefully lift the side that released until you can get something in to manually release the other side
