I am not sure what the problem is.. I stopped at the stop light and then took the 'lude out of gear.. I noticed a different feeling.. It felt REALLY loose.. I attempted to stick it in first.. but when I tried to drive off on the green light, i had to ride the clutch in order for the car to go.. It felt like the car was in 2nd or 3rd when I was able to put the shifter in 1st-gear position.. While in motion, I still could not drop it in 1st gear.
There is no grinding or any sound out of the ordinary.. I have reverse & 2nd/3rd. I just dont have 1st gear.. I havent gone on the freeway.. so i don't know if I have 4th or 5th either..
I replaced the clutch in January.. so I don't think it's that.. wut could it be? pressure plate? throw-out bearing? linkage??? Never had this happened to me before. Thanks!
