2001 Honda Prelude SH Model, Manual Trans.
Check engine light is giving that there is insufficient flow through my EGR valve. I have a friend who thinks he can fix it, however there is not a Haynes or Chilton manual available for a 2001 Honda Prelude. I need to know where the valve is located, how to remove, clean, and re-install. The valve itself is $200 and the solenoid is $130 so I wanted to try to clean the system before taking it to the dealer... who will probably want to replace the part(s). Can you tell me where the EGR is and how to clean it?
