Got a problem with my 98 Prelude SH, I bought my car with no ecu. I started my car with a H22 ob1 ecu, runs and drive good, just one problem no vtec. The farest i can go is 3 1/2 rpm then I start bargin out at 3 1/2 til i switch gear and my car does not go over 70 mph. I also started it with a 98 SH ecu but it only turn on and shut off, but couldnt drive it, my friend said the ecu was bad but i'm really not sure what it is. Can anyone tell what's wrong....
