After i washed the engine i test drive and the engine hesitate to accelerate on certain point like between 10 and 15 miles/hr like when you press the gas down like choking. It doesn't happen before i've washed it

Cances are you got one of the ignition components wet and it will need to dry out. Does it feel like a missfire? Has the check engine light come on? Have you checked to make sure any vacuum hoses wern't disconnected when you cleaned it?
