Noises problem

HI, when im driving my car there is nothing wrong, but when i turn left. It seems like there is a clicking noise from my back RR wheel. Its getting louder now! I don't know what it is? It started happening after i fixed my Hub bearing on that RR wheel. Can you please tell me what is going on??? Thankyou
