My clutch all of a sudden will not disengage, periodically it would work but most of the day of driving I would have to shut the car off at a red light, and start it with the clutch in, in 1st gear and gently slip it into 3rd gear. When I push the clutch in when it's in gear it will make a whirling noise.

Hi there,

first make sure that you have plenty of hydraulic clutch fluid , if low you will have a leak in the master or slave cylinder this will have to be rectified ASAP, the noise may be a faulty thrust bearing, dose the noise go away with the clutch out? can you feel the vibration in the clutch pedal?

I replaced both master, and slave cylinders but still get no pressure. Is there another bleed valve besides the one on the slave cylinder? Does the resivoir cap need to be sealed? (the rubber seal is broken)

You can bleed it with the cap off, bleed very slowly there will be air in the master cyl, try bleeding this first, hold down the pedal and crack the pipe union, close off after fluid and any are is expelled lift the pedal then repeat several times, when this looks ok, re bleed at the slave.
