1993 Honda Prelude no compression

1993 Honda Prelude 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

I have a honda prelude that i'm trying to get running. all cylinders but number 3 have compression. not sure why this could be. any suggestions?

Hi there,

do a wet & dry compression test. dry test is just a normal comp test, and note the reading. Then squirt some engine oil into the cylinder, not a lot just enough to coat the top ring, do a comp test again, if the readings go up it will be faulty rings if there is no real improvement you have a valve issue.
