car wont start im getting power to the coil but no fire is going to distributor. i changed a few parts and checked the comp. what could it be?

The coil receives signals from the igniter to fire. Has the
coil been tested/checked?
Any problem with the distributor pickup coil?
Is the distributor rotor turning?
