I have a 1994 honda passport with a 3.2 around about 160,000, miles, bought vehicle with bad fuel pump, dropped the tank to notice that the hot wire was correded into repaired wire and replaced pump anyway, truck still will not start, I have spark fuel at the port on the rail, and injector pulse, what else could be wrong.

You short cut on your writing. Did you say that you have spark and fuel? If so, I would wager it to be either the cam shaft or crankshaft position sensor. They will still allow spark to the engine but because they tell the computer when the alignment of the shaft is correct and one of them is out, the spark is delivered at the wrong time.
