After driving for about 35 miles in a higway the Transmission is getting heatted up in the Cabin. It is almost burning the legs. Not sure what could be the problem. No Oil smell or smoke or burning smell.

Can you please sugest what could be the problem

Check your catalytic converter! It is the most likely cause of hot floors, the transaxle is mounted in a way you wouldn't feel heat from it.
