1998 Honda Passport locking sound from front right wheel

I am hearing this thumping sound from yesterday when I turn right and at times driving on freeway. I recently had 4 new firestone tires.

swap the spare with the front right wheel, while wheel is off, check for anything that looks loose ore damaged, with wheel on feel bearings by rocking wheel top to bottom, there should be no movement. I would be thinking tyre first.
