are the valves adjustable on this vehicle, the car belongs to a friend and she has had several shops tell her there is no adjustment.

If its on the 3.2L engine then it uses hydraulic lash adjusters and no they can not be adjusted. If it is the 2.4L engine then they are adjustable, follow steps below.
