1994 Honda Passport 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

when i turn my car on it acts like it wants to shut off and when i go it does the same thing I also changed the spark plus and wires like 2 weeks ago

Was the problem there before and after replacement of the spark plugs and wires?

What is the idling speed?

Any Check Engine Light showing?
