White Smoke

Did your service Engine soon light come on? If so, this will set a code in the computer as to what system is malfunctioning. If not, then it may be a fuel injector staying open. On the more serious side, it may be a blown head gasket or cracked head.
I would suggest checking the compression on each cylinder and seeing if you have a major problem. If that checks good, then you will need to try and figure out if you have a bad injector, or other problem.
Codes are nice, and make trouble shooting a breeze.

as far as the white smoke its a blown head gasket for sure. they didnt torque the head down. a good way to know for sure is to drain the oil and inspect it. check for antifreeze and the smell of gas.
