Slow running cut out

mileage 29000 fully serviced
Had from new.
Manual 5 gears
Idling cut outs no tuners in cork where i live. Can do basics but can't seem to get it right.

If the idle cuts out and the engine seems to run fine other than that, I would suggest to start with new plug wires.
