My 1989 Honda Accod LX will mot start in the morning without me spraying starting fluid, but it will start during the day. Also I can not go below a half of tank of gas or my care will loose accerlation and shut off, but as long as it is above a half of tank it runs fine. I have over 200,000 miles the only major repair that has been done was 3 years ago I had to replace the alternator. Please Help me!!!!!
