Hi
I brought my 2002 Honda CRV in to the Honda dealership for its 60,000 tuneup. When I picked it up the same day- the A/C was no longer working ( I live in Tampa, FL and it is HOT!). I brought it back in- and was told that it was most likely a coincidence as they do not touch the A/C at all during the tune up. They gave me a loaner car and told me they would look at it monday (today). The service guy told me they would "get it taken care of"- here is my question- does this mean that THEY (HONDA) will cover the repair costs- or me? Who is liable here? And do they do anything during a 60,000 that might effect the A/C?
Thanks!
