My Acura has about 208,000 I have recently replaced both axles but still feel a slipping or a gear stripping from the driverside is this coming from the inside of the transaxle[/i][/b]

You replaced the transaxles, correct? If that is the case and you replaced them yourself, was the problem there before the replacement? If not, are they seated in to the tranny all the way? If they are seated and you still experience the slipping and grinding, your manual? tranny is in need of replacement.
