1990 Acura legend: no fire to coil

I am a office assistant at an auto repair shop and i would like some info on the 1990 Acura Legend V6 so we can finish this customers car. We replaced the ignitor and coil and can get fire in but no fire out! So the car sounds like it wants to turnover but doesn't. the mechanic has done several things to try to solve this problem and could not. Can U help? i sure hope so.
