liftgate wont open

Hello,

So, are you unable to open when you press the switch? Does it open when pull at the liftgate handle?
If you are unable to open it neither ways, then it could be a bad latch. It is just likely stuck.

You can access the latch from inside the vehicle. On the liftgate inner panel there is an access panel that can be removed. This will allow you to get to the latch.
