2003 Honda Odyssey 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

When the car is idling it does not run smooth it idles up and down. Or it reves up and down.

There are a lot of things that could cause this.
First thing to try is to disconnect your negative cable from the battery for at least 10 minutes then reconnect it. This will reset the computer. I have seen this work on newer vehicles for idleing issues.

If that doesn't work, there are a number of things that can be looked at and tested. The TPS (throttle positioning sensor) may be faulty (or just need cleaning), it is located around the intake manifold. It could also be caused by a simple vacuum leak. Check your vacuum hoses under hood and listen for hissing noise coming from any of them.

Start with your computer reset (disconnecting battery) and post your results. I will follow up.
