My 2002 Honda Odyssey shakes when braking at high speeds. I replaced the brake rotors, pads, and calipers all around the vehicle. Got an alignment and had the wheels balanced. The only thing in the braking system I haven't changed is the master cylinder and brake lines.

I've also plugged a check engine light reader into it and it gives me a transmission problem. I don't know if that has anything to do with the braking problem. Any ideas?

This is usually caused by warped rotors, but if you have already replaced them then it may also be the hub or bearings. You can check the bearings by grabbing the tire at 12 and 6 o'clock and pushing the tire in and out. It should not have more than .005" total movement. Measure the lateral runout on the brake rotors with a dial indicator. If the runout is not more than .002-.004" then it is not the rotors or hub.
