2000 Honda Odyssey traction control

i have a tcc light coming on after 1 block - sometimes abs - honda ref code 31-02 pfin communication - have tried a new abs/tc module and not much better - checked wiring continuity from abs/tc module to pcm - all good - 2.5 v ref and wave form good - grounds are good - any suggestions - thank you cam
