How do I replace the headlight's they seem to have dimmed some over the years

The plastic lenses of these headlights tends to cloud over time and to replacement them, you would need to remove the front bumper to get at the bolts under the headlight.
In the market there are polishing paste/liquids that can get some shine and clarity back to the lenses. Ask around the parts outlets and you might get them to at least buy some life for your headlights.
