Dear sir,
i check one Honda Odyssey 1998 when we start before car start and missing but know only crank but not start when we try to start the car not start start and off i check with auto boss V300 the fault code is 04-01 CKP Sensor 1 Circuit Malfunction
kindly riply as soon as possiable and with details
we change the distributer but problem is same ,after starting 30 second light come again and also
04-01 is come again and when i push exelator not go more than 3000 RPM when its reached on 3000 RPM the car missing too much

Hi kashi_hk, Thank you for the donation. The code you provided is not OBD-II code. Here are the ODB-II trouble code and the diagnostic procedures. DTC P0335, DTC P0336, DTC P1361 & DTC P1362 - CKP/TDC SENSOR NOTE: If DTC P1359 is set when DTC P0335, P0336, P1361 and/or P1362 is set, trouble shoot DTC P1359 first. 1. Perform PCM reset procedure. Start engine. If engine does not start, turn ignition switch to start position for at least 10 seconds. If DTC P0335, P0336, P1361 and/or P1362 are indicated, go to next step. If specified DTCs are not indicated, problem is intermittent. System is okay at this time. Check for poor connections or loose wires between CKP/TDC sensor connector and PCM connector. Repair as necessary. 2. Turn ignition off. Disconnect CKP/TDC sensor 4-pin connector located at left side of engine, on top of timing belt cover. Measure resistance between CKP/TDC sensor terminals. If resistance between specified sensor connector terminals is 1850-2450 ohms, go to next step. If resistance is not as specified, replace CKP/TDC sensor. 3. Check for continuity between ground and each CKP/TDC sensor terminal. If continuity does not exist, go to next step. If continuity exists, replace CKP/TDC sensor. 4) Reconnect CKP/TDC sensor 4-pin connector. Disconnect PCM 31-pin connector "C". Measure resistance between specified PCM connector terminals. If resistance between sensor connector terminals is 1850-2450 ohms, go to next step. If resistance is not as specified, repair open in suspect circuit. 4. Check for continuity between ground and PCM 31-pin connector terminals C8 (Blue wire) and C20 (Green wire), individually. If continuity exists, repair short in suspect circuit between PCM connector "C" and CKP/TDC sensor connector. If continuity does not exist, substitute a known-good PCM and recheck. If symptom or indication goes away, replace original PCM.
