1997 Honda Odyssey back lift gate will not open, lock broke

Interior problem
1997 Honda Odyssey 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I was using my key to unlock back lift gate, freezing weather , heard Crack sound, now does not open

key still turns, just does not disengage lock


I have accsess to the back panel but no idiea how to open up panleel to get accress to latch parts

I hope to replace broken lock or atleast manul open from inside when needed
