my ck engine light and my trans light are both on and my speedpmeter and odometer r not working ckd codes got 4 n 8 what do u think should b fixd first

I had a similar problem with mine. Turned out to be some F'n rodents got into where the wiring harness was, ate through the insulation & caused all kinds of shorts. Got the harness replaced for 3-4 hundred bucks. No more problem. Good luck
