2004 Honda Fit EXCESSIVE VIBRATION

I can feel the car is vibrating excessively at 80/kmph speed. means , even if i run on a pencil i can feel it inside. steering is not vibrating . i checked the air in tire, its normal.. is this a problm with the suspension ? how can i solve it..?

u sure chk the tire and rim,see whether the tire uneven wear or the rim worn....
