Today on my way to work I hit a garbage can that I did not see until i was up on it! Some idiot put it in the middle of the highway! What I want to know is how do you change the washer tank in the passenger front side of the engine? Is there any special tools or requirements to getting it fixed? Is this easy enough that a green horn with limited vehicle knowledge can change? I have plenty of wrenchs, ratchets, etc. to get most heavy maintenance jobs done, I just have been too afraid to mess it up!

Hi general8818,

You have the tools and can handle mechanicals, so why the hesistation?

It is not difficult and only requires a few basic tools, 10mm box, Philips screwdriver and you should be on the way.

Remove the front part of fender liner and you can get the tank out after removing the few attaching bolts.
