2005 Honda Element 4 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic

my car is throwing up a code p2647 with has something to do with the rockerarm actautor being stuck on what is that exactly and what part do i need to get to have it fixed?

DTC P2647: ROCKER ARM OIL PRESSURE SWITCH (VTEC OIL PRESSURE SWITCH) CIRCUIT HIGH VOLTAGE

It could be caused by low engine oil level.

You need to do diagnostics to confrim what is wrong before you need to get the replacement parts.
