Why does my 2003 Honda Element have a vibration in the steering wheel when it is turned sharp, even when the vehicle is not moving?

Hi mikesnow,

When the engine mounts are bad, vrbrations would be more obvious when the steering is turned.

Likewise a bad power steering pressure hose would cause vibration as well.
