Smog test fail!

1990 Hpnda Crx Si mileage: 187,838 My car fail the smog test...my overall test results for Comprehensive Visual Inspection: PASS and for Functional check: FAIL and Emission Test: FAIL and it said my Inition Timing: 25 fail.... you guys have any idea what the problem.....and also i found the tester error on the paper he put for engine size: 1.5 L so that make the test weight 2250 but my car engine size: 1.6 L and test weight should be 2500 from my pass test. Test at 15 mph fail and 25 mph pass. Is that one of the problem why my test fail because he put a 1.5 L instead a 1.6 L.
