recent overhaul on engine. before overhaul engine burned oil, replaced rings ,rod bearings, gaskets,reseated valves. engine runs well, fuel mileage 20+ no power. engine timing checked and no advance. what controls advance,ecu or other part. thanks gc what to check or replace? engine is 1.5 fi
