My alternator recently went out. I repalced it.

My question is I have no heat or air blowing now.

Any thoughts on what happened and how I can fix it?

Your help would be greatly appreciative.

Undo what you did.


OK, OK --- I hope you have checked the fuses. Take look at them first. I am assuming that you may have had an electrical battle leading up to the alternator going out. Check any and all electrical and ground connections, especially around the area you worked replacing the alternator. Very easy to disconnect something by accident or forget to reconnect something.

I am replying to my previous questions. All the fuses and electrical are in place. Is there a seperate fuse only for the fan. If not how can I test the fan motor.
Again I amguessing for the problem

Yes there is a fan fuse in the box. Not sure the number to look for but I would suspect it would be possibly a 20 amper but more likely a 30 amper.
