Electrical problem
1988 Honda CRX 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual
just installed a rebuilt B18 from a 1991 Acura, most is built for horsepower but have a real issue with the idle surging from 800-1500 rpm. Checked the idle air valve and the ohms were within range. Could it possibly be the ecu located in the passenger area under the carpet. Thaks in advance!!
