after my car warms up in the morning it starts reving up and down on its own i cant figure out what it is and neither can the mechanic shops. I tryed a new computer, a fuel pressure regulator, adjusting the timing, and adjusting the idle. The only thing that seems to work to stop the reving for a little while is adjusting the idle, then i drive a little and when i stop it goes right back to doing it again. what might this problem be?
