1986 Honda CRX Carborater Idle Screw 1986 Honda CRX

There are two screws, one on the passegers side of the carborater, and the other on the drivers side of the carborater. Turning either one has no change on the idle speed. Is the idle adjust screw on the honda CRX hidden somewhere else? Have looked over the carborater several times and have not seen anything that looks like an idle set screw anywhere else.
