I have a the notoriously fuel efficient first generation CRX has recently been getting lower and lower gas mileage -- used to get 32mpg city (even that was a dissappoinment considering the car) and have been getting 25mpg last few tanks.
Had new carburetor put in 4 months ago because of difficultly with cold starts, a problem which still persists (is this because of choke valve?)
Engine was rebuilt 6000 miles ago. Would a tune up help? What else should I get checked out?
